Actions
Warm the middle energizer, dry dampness, arrest vomiting and stop bleeding.
Indications
Vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, hematemesis, urine with blood, regurgitation, nose bleeding, hematochezia, metrorrhagia and metrostaxis, morbid leucorrhea, sores, Hyperemesis gravidarum.
Dosage and Administrations
Decoct 15~30 g, or made into powder. It should be wrapped during decocting. Proper dosage is for external application, pounded into powder for applying.
Cations
It is contraindicated for yin and blood deficiency and vomiting and regurgitation due to heat syndrome.
