Properties: This product is yellow to brown-yellow granules, with a fragrance, sweet and slightly bitter taste.
Functions and indications: Warming the channels to remove blood stasis, regulating qi and relieving pain. It is used for cold coagulation, stagnation of qi and blood stasis, dysmenorrhea in women, cold pain in the abdomen, irregular menstruation, and dim menstruation.

Usage and Dosage: Take it with warm boiled water, 1 bag at a time, 2 times a day, starting one week before menstruation, and continuing to stop taking it three days after menstruation. Take it for three consecutive menstrual cycles.
