Properties: This product is a black pellet, with a brownish-brown appearance after removing the coating; it smells bitter, slightly bitter, and has a tingling sensation.
Functions and indications: Warming and invigorating the heart and kidney, replenishing qi and assisting yang, and promoting blood circulation and channeling. It is used to treat chronic heart insufficiency caused by deficiency of heart and kidney yang and heart and blood stasis; bradycardia caused by sinus node insufficiency, sick sinus syndrome, angina pectoris caused by ischemic heart disease and ischemic changes in electrocardiogram.

Usage and Dosage: Oral, for chronic cardiac insufficiency, take 120, 240, 360 mg at a time according to cardiac function 1, 2 and 3 respectively, 3 times a day, a course of treatment is 2 months; after normal heart function, change to daily maintenance dose 60 -120 mg. For severe sinus syndrome, 300-600 mg once a day, 3 times a day, the treatment course is 3-6 months. Other arrhythmias (external contractions) and atrial fibrillation, myocardial ischemia or angina pectoris 120-240 mg once, 3 times a day, a course of treatment is 1-2 months.
