Usage and Dosage: Oral, 0.2 grams (2 capsules) for adults, three times a day, 0.3 grams (3 capsules) each time if necessary.
Adverse reactions: Patients have good tolerance to this product, and the incidence of adverse reactions is low. Common adverse reactions include nausea, vomiting, bitter mouth, diarrhea, upper abdominal discomfort or pain, and occasionally skin rash, chest tightness, and fever. Pharmacology and Toxicology: This product can reduce the serum DHBV-DNA level of hepatitis B virus (DHBV) infected ducks; it has a protective effect on toxic liver injury in mice caused by CCl4 and D-galactosamine.
Pharmacokinetics: After intravenous injection of oxymatrine, the blood concentration-time curve showed a double exponential type, in line with the two-compartment model. The relationship between the effect and the concentration after oral administration is in line with the S-type Emax model and is not dose-dependent. The drug is mainly metabolized in the liver and small intestine, and is excreted in urine and feces.
Medication for pregnant women and lactating women: Not suitable for pregnant women. Use with caution in breastfeeding women.
Children's medication: There is no experience in children's medication.
Medication for elderly patients: Reduce dose or follow doctor's advice.
Overdose: There are no special signs and symptoms of overdose. If an overdose occurs, the patient should be monitored and routine supportive therapy should be given.
