Properties: This product is an enteric-coated tablet, after removing the coating, it looks almost white or light yellow to yellowish brown.
Indications: Diershu Thymosin Enteric-coated Tablets Efficacy: Used for: ①For chronic hepatitis B patients over 18 years old. After the age of 18, the thymus begins to shrink and cellular immune function declines; ②Various primary or secondary T cell deficiency diseases; ③Some autoimmune diseases (such as rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, etc.); ④Various diseases with low cellular immune function; ⑤Adjuvant treatment of tumors.
Usage and dosage: Orally, 20mg (1 tablet) each time, 1 to 3 times a day or as directed by a doctor.
Adverse reactions: 1. It is well tolerated, and some adverse reactions such as nausea, fever, dizziness, chest tightness, weakness, etc. can be seen in some cases. A few patients have occasional drowsiness.
2. Patients with chronic hepatitis B may temporarily rise in ALT level. If there is no sign of liver failure, you can still continue to use this product
Contraindications: People who have an allergic reaction to this product or those who undergo organ transplantation are prohibited.
Note: 1. This product exerts a therapeutic effect by enhancing the immune function of patients. Pharmacology and Toxicology: This product is an immunomodulatory drug. It has the function of regulating and enhancing the immune function of human cells, can promote the maturation of T lymphocytes in peripheral blood after mitogen activation, and increase T cells in various antigens or various lymphokines (such as: α, γ) after activation of mitogens The secretion of interferon, interleukin 2 and interleukin 3) increases the level of lymphokine receptors on T cells. It also enhances the lymphocyte response by activating T4 helper cells. Drugs for pregnant women and lactating women: Animal fertility studies have shown that there is no difference in the effects of abnormal embryos in the control group and the drug treatment group. It is not yet known whether the drug will harm embryos or whether it affects fertility. Therefore, this medicine can only be given to pregnant women when necessary. Although this product has not been confirmed to be excreted by human milk, it should be used with special care in breastfeeding women.
Child medication: In patients under 18 years of age, the safety and effectiveness of this drug have not been established.
Medication for elderly patients: Not yet clear.
Overdose: There are no reports of overdose (treatment or accident) in humans. Animal toxicity tests showed that no side effects occurred below the dose of 10mg/kg (the highest dose currently used in the study).
